Can I see a proof or preview before my item is made?
Yes! For most personalized and custom items, we’ll send you a digital proof to approve before production begins. This ensures your design looks exactly the way you want.
Do you have order minimums?
Most of our products have no minimum order, so you can order just one. For bulk or promotional orders, minimums may apply depending on the item. Please contact us before placing bulk order, as we can offer reduced rates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. For large corporate orders, invoicing may also be available.

                  How do I submit my design, logo, or text?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to upload a file or enter your text. If you need assistance, you can always email us your details after placing your order.
Can you engrave my company logo or custom artwork?
Absolutely! We work with everything from logos and illustrations to simple text. Just provide a high-quality image or vector file, and we’ll take it from there.
What file formats do you accept for artwork or logos?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), but high-resolution PNG or JPG files can work too. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll let you know.
Is there a limit to how much text I can add?
Each product has its own engraving area, so text may be limited by space. If you’re not sure, just send us your idea and we’ll help with layout options.
Do you offer design help if I don’t have a logo or layout ready?
Yes! We’re happy to help with simple design adjustments, fonts, and layouts at no extra charge. Custom design work will require a fee. Pricing varies, please contact us for details.

                  What types of materials can you engrave?
We work with wood, leather, acrylic, glass, and certain metals. Each product listing will note the available materials. If you’re unsure, contact us with your idea!
Are your products locally sourced or handmade?
Yes — we source our materials locally whenever possible, and every piece is made in-house with care. Many of our products are handcrafted and finished by us.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes, samples are available for most promotional or bulk orders. Reach out to us for pricing and details.

                  Do you ship your items?
We’re currently offering pickup only for all orders. We’re still working out shipping options and rates, and plan to make delivery available soon—thank you for your patience and support as we grow!
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Most personalized orders will be ready within 5–10 business days after proof approval. Bulk and promotional orders may take longer depending on size and complexity. 
Turnaround time for our Lake Maps is about 3-6 weeks.
Do you offer rush orders for tight deadlines?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns on personalized products. However, if there is an error on our end, we’ll make it right.
What happens if there’s a mistake with my order?
If we make a mistake, we’ll remake or replace the item at no cost to you. If the mistake was in the information provided (like a spelling error), we’ll work with you on a solution.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We don’t offer formal warranties on our products, as they’re not items that typically require one. That said, we take pride in the quality of our work and want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the product, please reach out to us—we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits the situation.
