Because each item we create is custom-made, we’re unable to accept general returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your product, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Warranty Information
We don’t offer formal warranties on our products, as they’re not items that typically require one. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we take pride in the materials and craftsmanship that go into each order.

A Note on Natural Materials
Many of our products are made from real wood, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Variations in grain, colour, and small natural blemishes are part of the wood’s character and what make each item unique.
